In the rules the game is using, a natural 1 is always a failed saving throw, no matter how high the modifiers from your skills and buffs are. So if you need 20 to save and have saving throws improved by +22, you'll still fail if you roll a 1. That can be frustrating and some people find it illogical that chance outrules high skills, so some people disable that function.
At least it used to work, I'm not sure if it still does after the latest update.
Personally, I find it understandable that chance sometimes outrules high skills. Thank you anyway.
How? Through Craft Armor?
While that might be possible (not so sure about that without using haks/override) these spells are not using the function that handles the immunity and therefore it will have no effect at all.
