The Black Pits II Gladiators of Thay Crashing Problem

When i win a battle inside the arena, normaly Dennaton is supose to say something like : My combatant are victorius! But instead, the game just freeze and i receive a error message and a document in my crash repertory
that as this name : dump.2.5.16.6.0000.dmp. It says that i need to contact Beamdog support.

I am playing in multiplayer mode Solo with custom portrait. I tried to uninstall and reinstall once but it did not help with my current problem. This bug appeared in the 7th combat against the Githyanki but not before and now, it even crashed when i trie to play any level (i tried). What i am suppose to do to prevent this problem to happen/correct it.

Any help would be gratefull.

We're currently beta-testing the next patch (haven't got to BG2 yet). https://forums.beamdog.com/categories/the-road-to-2-6 There is hope the bug you describe won't be happening there but if it will be, please report during the beta.
