Beamdog client is unable to install OpenAL

I recently wiped my laptop clean and upgraded to windows 10 (from 7) - I went to install my ee games and ran into this error? Anyone know how I can fix this?

I have tried all the solutions that I found on the web, and still receives immediately the following windows:
OpenAL Installer Message
Permission not granted for writing to the system directory -- try again with administrator access

And this even if I run the application with administrator rights.

Thanks for any help - I cannot use anymore the games ....

I just need to point out that it does not work for Planescape Torment.
As well, very surprisingly, there are some problems with mods with the new installation.
For example, the Random Itemizer does not work ...

It should work for PST:EE as well. Something tells me your system is not happy with the way Open AL is installed. Try https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/72058/all-games-yet-another-no-sound-fix
