    I have trouble enough as it is to avoid using them.. ctrl + j sure is nice to have..

    If any .ini line is to be added as a UI shortcut in-game, i'd rather have them try letting us adjust framerate in-game.. or at least with a "takes effect after restarting.." kind of thing.

    But the game lets you finish that screen (so there is no bug when the screen doesn't let you out of that menu). The number of HLA points you can use, though, depends on the class - kit. I've checked, everything seems to be working as intended. On what do you want to spend HLA points if you've already invested in all possible HLAs?
