Unable to connect to multiplayer servers

Beginning Sunday I am no longer able to connect to any of the multiplayer servers. When I attempt to connect I get a message

Attempting to find server.

UPnP: 54700

Server found. Attempting to log in.

after this message appears nothing ever happens. Prior to this Sunday this message would come up and I would almost instantly transition over to loading the server vault and character list.

I do not have any trouble logging in to DDO, or Neverwinter so I dont think its a setting issue, but I am not sure.

I have checked all my firewall settings and a new NWN patch even loaded today but to no change.

Any ideas / suggestions.
