Dorn quest broken... fix?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
In BG2 after going to the Helmite Camp you are ambushed. During the ambush dorn died but I resurrected him and continued... however this appears to break his quest line as he’s supposed to make remarks immediately following this ambush. I’m now well past this and only found out when looking at a walkthrough as I was curious why his quest line abruptly stopped... is there anyway to fix this? Thanks!
