[SoD 2.5] Ancient Menhir quest - cannot activate all six?

I've tried going the Ancient Menhir quest in Siege of Dragonspear, but two of the menhirs somehow failed to activate when interacted with. Now interacting with them only yields their description text, but doesn't do anything else.

Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Am having the same issue on Nintendo Switch. The solution posted above can't be used, as you can't open up console command on the Switch.
