Temporary Hit Points through an Item

Hello!
I'm trying to figure out how to give a character holding a weapon additional hit points.
I've been going through the item effects, and nothing really jumps out as being able to do this.
The IESDP over at Gibberlings3 doesn't have a BG:EE section for items or spells.
Ideally, I'm looking for a way to add +10hp to a character holding a specific weapon.
Don't want to allow equipping and unequipping to heal them either. Just increase the MAX hp.
Is something like this possible?

I'll go take a look around!
I'll give it a try. I might make the item cursed ( even though it's awesome ) just to make a point to the player, and make unequpping it impractical
One more detail.
Is it possible to get a text readout in the inventory screen to tell the player that the item is giving +9 max HP? ( doesn't seem to be any working examples of this in BG:EE )
There are items with this effect in BG+sod like BDSHLD07 or BDSW1H22

The information in that specific box is really only useful in it's relation to CON drain(or bonus) and level drain, though you still have to know at which levels a classes HP gain shifts from a random +1dX to a flat +Y.
I've recalled how to use the tp2 file! So at least the description is updated.
