Mac 2.6: Spell book spell descriptions not working

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I am playing Icewind Dale: EE on a Macbook Pro and when I right click on a spell in the spell book, it won't show the descrption. Right clicking on scrolls in inventory works just fine.

How can I view spell descriptions from the spell book?

    Can you please open a ticket at https://beamdog.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals and provide more details: do you use the trackpad or mouse, was the behaviour different before 2.6, etc?

    Apple trackpads have been a little problematic over the years for IWD:EE. If you ctrl-left click that should bring up the spell description. This has worked for me for macOS 10.13 onwards (currently on Big Sur 11.3).
