Game's crashing leaving Bridge

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hey, I'm new to this Forum and the system is a little confusing to me, so if this is considered a bug, I can post this into the bug Forum.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a glitch, but just before a cutscene that involves Neera, leaving the Bridge District to the south, it would crash the game. I've decided to try leave the district North and the Cutscene did work. I've read a post yesterday and said something about a Neera Cutscene so this was probably it. I left the district north, got the cutscene, then was able to go to a different part of the map and all seems to work fine.

Again, I apologize if this was supposed to be in the Bug Forum. If so, I can give a detailed description there.

    Thanks for the heads-up! This is a known bug that sometimes happens on the console version.
