Problem with Rasaad quest.

Please help.

I can`t start Rasaad quest in BGEE (2.6.5.0). Rasaad was in my group for a long time. (more than 55 days)
He became part of my group in chapter 2 (before Nimbul`s attack) Since that I recived 2 banters from him, but ambush in dock is still unavailable.

I tried to use comand:
C:GetGlobal("Rasaad_Plot","GLOBAL")
and game showed me Rasaad global set to 1

saved game is attached
