Steam Cloud Save stopped updating?

For some reason my cloud saves suddenly stopped updating. As in my most recent cloud saves are from my playthrough days ago. Anyones I have done since won't show up on my laptop.

Enable Cloud Save is checked for both computers, it has always worked fine, but I'm just stuck with old cloud saves, new ones aren't appearing.

Any idea how I can fix this?
