Modules not load since patch 8193.23

Hi

I am experiencing a serious problem since the game updates to the last patch. The game launches with normality, but when I want to play any module (the original campaign, the expansions, modules of my own, whatever) and press "load" the game automatically crashes to the desktop. A message appears saying something that "this is a bug, contact and report to Beamdog".

Please, help. Everything was ok and the game was running perfectly before the patch. Now I cannot even play because of this game breaking bug.

If this help, I have a laptop with win. 7

    Hello! This problem is related to your Antivirus/Firewall blocking the game files from working, including those in Documents/Neverwinter Nights
