Looking for assistance in gaining access to MDK2 (originally purchased in 2012)

If you've read this far, you would effectively understand my hopes, to access a game I purchased 9 years ago, but have waited a significant time before once more trying to gain access (this time, following the recommended advice, not just spamming facebook)
