CONSOLES ONLY: Separate Games in Bundles

I understand bundling BG1/2 and IWD/PST for the physical releases on PS4/Xbox/Switch, but would it be feasible to split them up for digital purchases? For example, I would like Torment on my Switch for easier replayability, but not Icewind Dale, so paying for two games when I only want one of them isn't really ideal.
