NWN EE Toolset on chromebook

I bought NWN ee off google play on my chromebook. I was looking for the toolset and cant find it. anyone know how to access it?

    The Google Play version for Android doesn't ship with the toolset.

    I imagine that might well be true for Chromebook, too?

    The toolset is essentially a Windows program.

    Right, the Chromebook version is just the Android version, and there is no Toolset on mobile.
