IPad CD KEY multi-player issue

Hi everyone, just bought nwn ee on iPad and I can't play multi-player.

In main menu when I hit multi-player button I get this message : "attempting to recover your multi-player CD key" and then nothing happens..

Please help!

    Hello! You probably have Game Center turned off. Please turn it on and log into Game Center. Then restart the game.
