Missing quest item on iPhone iOS version

I am playing throne of Baha’i right now on iOS and seem to have lost Naylees heart for the Yaga Shura quest. I know on a PC you could generate a list item. Can that be done on the phone? If not any ideas how to find it? It’s not in the bed at the back of the giant home. I checked merchants in case it was sold. I checked the pocket plane. My best guess is it got dropped out of my inventory when it was full?

The easiest way would be to attach the zip of your save so that we could open it on PC and add an item.

I don’t see how to export a save game on the iOS version. I can export a character. I also see how to import a saved game but only from shadows of man and not the file system.

I added 2 hearts you need, just in case. Unzip this archive so that you could get the .bg2save file.

Sorry but how do I import it back into game? I can only seem to import from shadows of amn. Is there instructions anywhere?

Never mind. For some reason when I tried again it was a choice on the list to open. Works now. Thanks for all the help
