Duplicated saves annotated "CLOUD_VERSION"

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hello guys,

Sometimes, when my game crashes for whatever reason (mostly when I'm trying stuff with mods), the game creates duplicated versions of my saves adding "CLOUD_VERSION" at the end.
And I just cannot get rid of them :rage: When I delete them, they just reappear instantly.
And it is sooooooo annoying.
Has it happened to anybody else? Any solution?
Oh, forget to say but I'm on Steam, probably has something to do with it.

    You can disable cloud saving from in-game (in Options).

    I mean sure, but that's not exactly a solution to my problem, is it?
    Because I want my saves being synced to Steam Cloud. What I don't want is the game creating duplicates of my existing saves, that I cannot delete, for no real reason :)
