What does add without restore button do?

    Hi! The "Add without restore" should just add the game folder to the Client (e.g. if you had the game installed, then deleted the Client but didn't uninstall the game, then installed the Client again).

    Ok great, thanks. I don't want to overwrite modded files so that is the option I will choose.

    You can launch the game directly from the .exe file, don't worry about it. This say, you can have a few actual mod sets installed on the same PC (so that every game + mods are in its own folder).
