Nimbul Voice Audio Doesn't Play (spoiler)

Current Behavior - when you enter into dialogue with Nimbul in Nashkel, there is no voice audio

Expected Behavior - Voice Audio plays when you encounter Nimbul that says "I am Death come for thee. Surrender, and thy passage shall be... quicker."

I tried reloading, I tried restarting the game. Couldn't get it to work.
