Android modding question

After my personal computer decided to melt itself, I've been looking around to see if I could mod BG2 and IWD on mobile, I've found some mod files from @Gusinda and they seem perfect, bless him for that work. But they're all for older versions. My question is if it's possible to mod the most recent update currently, and if not, how to downgrade to an older version.

    Yes, it's indeed possible to mod the latest versions.
