I have just uploaded a tutorial on the vault. If this tutorial is followed diligently anyone can create a placeable model and import it into NwN of any flavour. If you have half to one hour of spare time and you've never done any 3D modelling before (yes @JuliusBorisov I'm looking at you) it is my firm belief that this tutorial will show you how.
