Beamdog is growing and we’re migrating our customer support services to Zendesk with our friends at Aspyr. Our community managers along with a bigger support team will help answer your management and customer support inquiries for the following titles:
  • Axis & Allies 1942 Online
  • MythForce
  • Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition
  • Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition
  • Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
  • Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
  • Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Effective April 18th, 2023, if you have any issues with our game(s) or your Beamdog account, please open a ticket with Aspyr Support: https://support.aspyr.com/hc/en-us

    Is Beamdog dead? I can login to my account but it rejects my email address to request support?

    I need to update my email address.
    I've tried to open a ticket with Aspyr, but login fails. I've tried to get a password reset, but the email never arrives.
    Can anybody help? Please.
