just used this fix and it worked when nothing else would. Beamdog support wouldn't even recognize my email so I could get nowhere with them. Pretty sad when the very best solution they can give is on Steam.
That's because Beamdog support moved to Aspyr as per the main page of the Beamdog support. And the post you quote is essentially a message from... Beamdog support.
