What does “Prime” mean？

I'm working on the SOD Chinese language pack(I have given up hope of Beamdog will do it), and I don't know how to translate this “Prime” , it doesn't look like a someone's name because i can't find it in Baldur's Gate Wiki. Anyone Knows it?

Check what standards D&D use in Chinese, this is part of the setting, so it should have a (commonly-accepted) term by now.
