Error Code 3221225477 for BGEEII

I keep attempting to log into your support, but my email, the same I’ve used with y’all for years keeps getting denied, so I can’t get ahold of anyone. I purchased this game from you guys years ago, had no problem playing it up until recently, it keeps sending me a crash report and then this error code. I cannot reach support. Please help, I just wanna play the game :’(

Is Aspyr working? I submitted a bug report for NN days ago and i didnt get an answer.....
