Why I cannot install BD EE II in Windows 11 ?

When I try to install BD EE II in "Beamdog", it cound not be completed. "Beamdog" window told me "cannot install OpenAI"(I remember it was this name). when I try to ask for "support", Beamdog website rejects my email address to log in. (but in here I can log in with same ID.

Is anyone can help me solve this?

I can't help, but do you have the exact wording of the complete error message? Maybe from an error log or so (if it was created)?

In re-installed, and this is the error message, looks like
the installation has not been completed.

Looks like the links you gave are not exiting anymore. no way to solve this.
