Collectors Edition Shipping?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I bought the collectors edition of Siege of Dragon spear a few weeks ago here: https://store.beamdog.com/products/baldurs-gate-siege-of-dragonspear-collectors-edition

I haven't got any notifications on when I can expect to get it. The zendesk support tells me I can't create a ticket. Any idea how I can contact beamdog to get an estimated shipping date, or a refund?

    Just wanted to update - it came today. Not sure if me posting this had anything to do with it, or if it had shipped before I posted, but it arrived! Took a few weeks.

    That's cool! In case anyone else has a similar question, feel free to open tickets with Aspyr support (they're doing customer support for us now).
