Unable to get CD Key for andriod

Hi,

I just purchased this on Google Play for Andriod. After it gets done installing and downloading, when I click on "Multiplayer" it hangs at:

"Attempting to Recovery Your Multiplayer CD Key."

I've tried a few times, restarted the app and restarted the device. The device has internet connection and can get to 'nwn.beamdog.net' and other beamdog sites. I don't see any blocks on firewall level for outgoing traffic, nor do I see any incoming traffic from beamdog, steam, or google that are getting blocked.

The PC version works on same network just fine.

Please advise.

Firewall is seeing outgoing data on these:
nwn.beamdog.net
update.nwn.beamdog.net
nwmaster2.beamdog.net

I could be wrong, but doesn't look it nwmaster2.beamdog.net is replying, maybe that is what gives out the keys ?

    Hey there @ReachPW, can you try again? We've checked and the system seems to be working atm.

    Also, there might be a pop-up notification from Google Play when you're attempting to recovery the key, that once authorized, would fix the issue and allow you to access Multiplayer.

    Thanks for quick response.

    No, I tried again and still having same issue. Where are logs stored on Andriod ?

    Great, thanks for your help!

    That was the problem, google Play Games wasn't installed. It works fine after installing.

    Same for Windows 11 here. While trying to acess Multiplayer game asks for the key. I tried reversing to older beta versions, turning off Windows Firewall and reinstalling the game. It still asks for CD key, but CDkey.ini file isn't in in my Documents/Neverwinter Nights folder.
    Note that i had installed NWN EE about a week before the last time, and no CD key was required. Now i've reinstalled it and confronted this issue.

    UPDATE. Ok, reversing to the last 32-bit build solved the issue. Not only cdkey.ini file was created, but game stopped asking the key after I went back to the new stable. Maybe it couild be useful for somebody.
