Bug in NWN Hou - How to contact Beamdog Support

Playing NWN HOU tonight I got an error message on Level 2E that told me to go to

https://beamdog.atlassian.net/servicedesk/

and report it.

That page doesn't accept any of my emails. So there is no way to report it there.

The 'report problems' link from this site doesn't offer support for NWN or any way for me to report the problem that I can see.

What next???
