Episode Four Boss Scene Glitched

Episode Four Boss encounter scene is glitched. In the 'Eye Ball' room, the boss taunting scene does not launch. This leaves the Xbox player stranded in a locked room with no way to proceed. Thus the game is broken, and two thirds are unattainable! How do I get a refund for the three copies I bought?!

    The patch update fixed the NPC scene initiation, allowing for play through. Now if it wouldn't ststststutter every few seconds we'd all be happy. Hopefully that's in the next patch.

    We would be the only group streaming this on XBoxLive right now, but it can't handle 480p Solo, let alone 2 or 3 of 4... Is there any server smoothing upcoming?
