(PS5) Heart of Winter Bug - Can't play after intro

After I start the Heart of Winter Addon by talking to the NPC, after the intro is done and the guy says he has to go, the UI is gone and I can't do anything.

My party just stands there forever, controller input not working.
Please find error and patch it so I can play :(

    No, I tried every button I could press, does not work.
    There is also no UI on the screen.
