Can't start BGII EE

hello all - I purchased BGEE, SODSEE and BGIIEE a few years ago and could always play them whenever. I just finished another round of BGEE and tried to start Seige and it didn't work, then tried BGIIEE and it didn't work. BGEE still works fine,
When I try to start the other two, I get code 3221225477
