New pirate mods for a headquarter in Athkatla? Any takers?

While studying some of Lava's mods, I found one map that shows some of the
mods, e. g. bridge's block, tangled oak, and so forth.

The map was based on e. g. the original map such as seen here:

(I failed to bookmark and now I can not find it, but many of you will probably know the
map shown by Lava after various mods have been installed, where there are many areas
in Athkatla to explore.)

One thing I noticed when I saw Lava's map, is that before the docks area, there appears
to be an island. Now I was thinking "hey ... a small island ... right before the docks area
where SHIPS go through" ... this would be an ideal place for a pirate hideout!

Any takers on it? It could connect some semi-loose ends such as the pirate hideout
in a nearby pub, or the Velvetfoot quest and various other pirate and smuggler related
aspects. Perhaps even of that Sami guy or whatever was his name (the one that can
not be trusted in the main quest).

I guess island-wise, if you look at the map, it should probably not be too large,
perhaps one hill should be shown, a bit of a forest, most certainly one or two
docks areas that may be more frequented at night, and perhaps one or two
hideouts. One could be a pirate headquarter. There could be small quests,
a few fedex-quests to fetch something, perhaps one quest battling a seamonster,
a follow-up quest by the government to wipe out the pirates, perhaps even a
pirate ship ... well, a pirate theme. But I guess all things would have to start
with a map for that area. Anyway I am just putting this up here in the event
someone wants to make Athkatla even more crowded than before. :P

(There could also be an undead pirate of course or some other history-related
aspects, including unique items that relate to the pirate theme ... and a Polly
like parrot one could wear, similar to the teddybear or that bird figurine that
reverses slow effects or so, from one mod.)
