Thief skills upgrading

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Is there a way or a mod for spending all points of thief skills at once? For example I have 1000 points to spend after leveling and I want to max Move Silently. I want to put 250 points in with one or few clicks instead of holding the button for30 seconds.

    Would be a nice UI change indeed. Perhaps a +10 button. Or a max-100 button or so. I don't know how easy it would be to modify the UI though.

    SCS adds a +5 option.
