Change e-mail address

in Beamdog Client
Hi,

How do I change the e-mail address which is used to log in with the client? Searching led me to Beamdog Customer Support at Atlassian where you start by entering your e-mail and then get the error message "We couldn't give you access. Use another email and try again.". I tried another e-mail address but none seem to work.

    I have the same question and problem. I would like to change my Beamdog Store email to my new one, which I use daily.
