Comment disappeared

Hi

I just spent quite a bit of time on a comment in a mod thread on here. When I posted it I saw there was something I wanted to edit. So I opened edit and made the change. But when I posted again it just disappeared. Is it gonna show up at some point? Or do I have to write it again?

I read that others that experienced this had their comments or post removed by your spam filter. Some of those people had their post restored. I'd like that if there is still a moderator around there

For what's it worth, I often write replies in my local editor, at the least for longer replies (shorter replies are not a huge
deal as it should not take a lot of time to write them in the editor); that's why I usually have a ~80 characters line limit
for longer comments. I found it easier to read text when I don't have to move my head too much to the left-right side.
One advantage of writing it in my local editor is that I can easily restore it, no matter the webforum-software in use.
(The primary reason, though, is that I am much faster and more efficient writing text via my editor, so I invest less
time. This reply I wrote in the browser, though.)

There are still some moderators around by the way; may have to wait until weekdays perhaps, weekends seem to be
more lazy-days.

Thanks for your input. I think I'll just not write in here then and reach the mod creator on github
