NWN EE Steam windows 11 doesn't launch

Hello! Just bought a new laptop and installed NWN EE (Steam). But when I start the game, no window appears, only process in the task manager. The same when I launch nwtoolset - no window, only background process. Can anyone help?

    Hello gamers with this problem...when i start the game in the Windowed Mode, the game start normal, when i play a game and i press the Taste Alt+Enter to get the Fullscreen Mode, this Change where saved in the setting.tml File...when i end the Game and start it new then there is the Problem with the taskbar...so i change it back in the setting.tml File under graphics.window.mode = "exclusive" into graphics.window.mode = "windowed"...so i think the problem is the FULLSCREEN Mode and the saving in the setting.tml File...i hope @Beamdog and @JuliusBorisov you find eventually out the Fail? Thanks for all your Work and Help :D
