I used exactly this list of mods (not all of them) on a newly installed game, plus Imoen romance, installed last of the NPC mods, and right out of the box I get lots of missing "invalid" dialogues. E.g. Boo is invalid, and a conversation between Imoen and Minsc in the room with the crystals and the genie that I have never seen before (invalid 115734 and following)

Since this bug? phenomenon? is the exact reason I abandoned my previous EE playthrough years ago (this sure never happened before EE...), I'd like to get to the bottom of this right away. Ideas? Can the invalid codes be pinpointed or are they dependent on what is installed?

if yes, boo is invalid 132374

EDIT: OK I found out that you really need to pay attention you're selecting the English version of each mod (which is not always option zero...). Funny thing was that on the first time uninstalling and reinstalling, all the mods were still installed! On the second time, not anymore...

so topic can be closed or deleted or whatever

It look like a common issue when chosing wrong game language when installing mods. (the first mod ask you what language you use in game)

You can check the weidu.conf in your game folder to see if it's the same as the language you use in game.

The "invalid 115734 and following" problem I also had; sometimes related to Skitia's NPCs (and Helga or whatever the name in the pub, is cloned so I have two of them). Note that the link you use appears to be quite old if it is from 2019.

What I can say is that some mods work extremely well (e. g. Lava's mods in general, I have had only very, very few minor issues with his mods), whereas other mods, in particular very large and old mods (Reign of Terror for instance still), can cause issues. Also I suspect one or two of the item mods that are still updated sometimes, have some issues. I keep having strange strings shown, such as when opening one keymod, clicking on the key container, it writes something like "dragons nearby?" or some similar string that makes no sense, and appears to come from "somewhere else", e. g. as if a pointer suddenly points to the wrong location.

When you wrote "everything displays the invalid message", are you absolutely certain EVERYTHING from those mods? Because while I also have had a similar issue that you describe, some mods still worked very well. I don't understand the code used by the scripting engine, but to me it always "felt" as if some positions where overwritten that should not have been overwritten, e. g. some offsets errors existed, perhaps some mods also overwrite places that other mods assume should be reserved for them and so forth. Usually the problem could in theory be narrowed down to one or two troublemaking mods, but I found it hard to find out which one it is. (Reason I think is the case is because I sometimes only add one or two mod, and that suddenly leads to problems, whereas in prior runs, those problems did not exist.)

Would be neat if we'd have some tool that can be run automatically here.

"Boo is invalid, and a conversation between Imoen and Minsc in the room with the crystals and the genie that I have never seen before (invalid 115734 and following)"

I don't know that particular error; I think Boo was never invalid for me, but when you refer to some odd encounter, I believe this can also happen with some mods doing weird things. For instance, in ToB after I defeated the big blue dragon, Abigail or so, suddenly the throne with the evil monk appeared, and then the fight happened, but it was quite clear from the dialogue that this was not supposed to happen there. While it could just be a mod being at fault, I think there may be something that assumes some trigger-condition has happened when it really should not have happened. I don't remember a room with crystals and a genie having a relation to Boo, so perhaps something is very messed up in your installation order.

Also, installation order matters a lot, so have a look at your installation order - perhaps you can find some troublemaking mod.
