Bence Duncan missing?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
After speaking with Caelar Argent at the blown up bridge I talked with some flaming fist soldiers that said I should return to camp and talk with Bence Duncan. However I can not find him anywhere!?
I watched a walkthrough on youtube and in that video Bence Duncan was at camp.
In my game however I can not find him anywhere? What did I do wrong? Or is this a bug or something?
What should I do?
