Low FPS in Siege of drragonspear

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hey guys can anyone explain why I am getting 5fps in the starting areas of siege of dragonspear on this hardware:

9800x3d OC 5ghgz
62gb cl 28 ram
7900xtx Hellhound 24gb
4TB nvme 5.0
Win 10

I assume there is a lua or ini file I need to ♥♥♥♥ with somewhere can anyone direct me to what might be causing this (cause it sure as hell aint my hardware lol it runs everything else at 200fps
