Worst Day Ever (achievement)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I tried to unlock it on several occasions: with mods and playing vanilla.
What did I do wrong?
I let Jaheira learn all their shenanigans. that would poison and disease me, while casting a lesser resto on someone else, to get the fatigue-debuff.

I occasionally try to get that stupid achievement for like 5 years now.
Am starting to hate it.

    try getting fatigued from travelling as apposed to the restoration fatigue, they might be programmed as 2 different fatigues

    then once you get fatigued that way, then disease and poison yourself

    I sometimes find interesting bugs when playing. Tactics remix can kind of change a lot and this can lead to interesting bug situations.

    Two more recent bugs I can remember: in Region of Terror, at the three dragons fight, the breath attack of one dragon killed some of my party members but also either one or both of the other dragons. That was kind of hilarious because I could try to trigger the breath strike in order to also damage the other dragons (though the damage output was quite insane so that can only work with high HP characters really). Another interesting bug was the one where one goes unconcscious at 0 HP but wakes up again. My whole party but one character was down against the big new golem fight in the planar sphere, and my character with boots of speed was running away from the golem and kept on running, until other party members woke up again and did some damage to the golem, killing it.

    So if your stupid achievements include curious moments, you could try to install some mods that change often. Some fights tend to become unwinnable for me, so I am very wary of randomly picking stuff from mods these days.

    ^I run 2 different "installations" or rather duplicated the base-install to a different folder - both are working as intended and unlock achievements just fine. 1 is basic vanilla install and the other is modded - because I messed up my mod install to prior patches more than once.
    Currently trying to finally beat ToB after like 20 years again :)

    Might give it another shot with the base install once done. Or even re-install it completely just to be sure. Need 2 or 3 achievements anyway, that I missed/messed up, ie. Limited Wish

    Will try to get it with the travelling fatigue instead.
