Which mod or mod-component is this? Umar Hills, protect Lloyd and his wife, against invading army

So I am having a few problems with my current run-through and
installation of mods. One mod seems to have duplicated some
items, e. g. Edwin spawning new robes, but also other items
such as the troll orb regenerating mana (now I have two of
them, that's actually a useful bug, but not intended). I
thought for a while that this mod was causing issues, but
in the past I had no issues with that mod, so I am a bit at a loss.
I do seem to run into such problems the most with regards to
some item mods, so some item mods seem to make changes
that create issues. I had such problems in the past with some
item mods; when I stopped using them, these problems almost
went away completely. Also note that some item mods never
seem to cause any problems, so it seems as if there is a difference
in intrinsic quality to different mods - some work very well, some
other mods do not work well at all (and sometimes there are
changes that lead to bugs, I totally understand that - I have no
problems with changes per se when a mod is maintained, mistakes
happen, that's normal; some item mods are unmaintained though).

However had, I ran into a new bug which is more annoying
as it crashes the game. Specifically when I reach Umar
Hills, some mages and fighters want to kill my party. The
mod itself is really poorly written in general, using
unfunny out-of-character dialogue options that basically
are just sugar-coating to a huge fight. Oddly enough I
also have to protect Lloyd and his wife, and can move
them, though they are super-slow. Enemy fighters chase
them, kill them, then the Bhaalspwan-leader of the pary
also gets auto-killed. And then the game crashes reliably.

Does anyone know which mod is adding such a side quest
in Umar Hills? The crashes I experience unfortunately
also happen in other places of the game, almost as if
something gets stacked in the memory used by the game
engine or so (I notice this when the party sleeps, then
there is a strange delay of several seconds before I
can resume gameplay; and sometimes it crashes too).

It's a bit hard to say what is causing which, since I
also experiment with new things such as internal saves
(this also causes a lag of some seconds) or game hints
(interesting feature, but also utterly useless for
non-newbies and very spammy). Even aside from that I
have a few other bugs, such as some enemies not moving
at all and not defending; that latter one I think comes
from Tactics Remix, but I think this is unrelated to
the game crashes.

It's a bit verbose, the entries that are relevant all
start with a "- " and I also numbered them. The item
mods start past "Item mods, items tag", I think one item
mod is problematic. Will have to change things for my
next run but that will probably at best happen in a
few months past the current test-run.

Does anyone happen to know which mod adds the side
quest to protect Umar Hill against some strange teleporting
invading army? (The head guy teleports right at the place
of the leader of the party as-is; I hate such changes in
mods. For similar reason I dislike the added ability to
liches to summon the whole party to the lich, but that's
a separate issue.)
