Hell! A bit of fried mushrooms 'n' tomata with a slice a black pudding is the best hang over cure ever invented. Baked beans for a bit a fibre and your on a winner...

Slamming all this between two slices of gammon, although nice due to rarity and uniqueness, was a bit of an overkill...

I once made braised steak medallions with gorgonzola butter... Freaking delicious, but those times were financially better for me.
