Neera's level

Current Behaviour: If you let Neera join your party in Beregost she will be of a level based on the rest of your party. If you refuse her and then go and pick her up from the Friendly Arm Inn She will be level 1. In my case she would be level 4 in Beregost, but level 1 in Friendly Arm Inn.

Expected Behaviour: The first time Neera joins your party she is of a level based on your party, no matter where she joins you.

    It does not work in this way. If you meet Neera at level 1, refuses her and then pick her up when your party level is greater, she remains at level 1. This behavior is intended.
