[bug] Turn undead often accidentally canceled
Current behaviour:
Activating Turn Undead in combat is often deactivated by various combat situations. Even with AI off - if I first attack with a cleric and THEN give a new order "turn undead", the cleric stops turning undead after a split second and resumes attacking.
Expected behaviour:
Activating Turn Undead should cancel other commands.
