Spiders in House not spawning

[BUG] The spiders you are requested to kill to in order to retrieve the wine, boots and spider corpse have not spawned. I have the quest as active.

I don't know if it is related but I picked up the quest with Imoen who is no longer in my party. I doubt this has any relevance but thought it worth mentioning.

    These spiders are 'already in the area'. They spawn unconditionally, the quest status doesn't affect it.
    Unless you killed them or some mod changed ar3315.are

    (if you know you installed mods, check your override for that filename).

    Certainly didn't kill 'em nor have I added any mods.

    I'll take another look this evening and check I didn't enter the wrong house.

    Ah yes, if you tell me the position of the entrance, i can tell you if it was the right place.
    If you are inside, ctrl-x. If it isn't ar3315, then you are in the wrong place.

    Did you experienced this again? Are the spiders in Landrin's house?
