APR + 1/2 for Swashbuckler ( Mood request )

Is here any capable modder who can add Swashbuckler his half attack, because when he have 2 proficiency points, he never gets the 3/2 Attacks per round.

( Or give him just general bonus + half attack with all weapons, it will be easier to implement )
