modding PST non EE version with near infinity

Pretty much included everything I'm looking for in this post

I'm guessing non EE versions would be somewhat similar, just have to learn specifically WHAT to edit in near infinity for PST.

    No one knows a of a guide or anything that could help me? I've done quite a few searches

    The PST game engine differs quite a bit from the engine revision used by PSTEE. Near Infinity supports both PST and PSTEE.

    I don't know of any PST modding tutorials, but I can point you to IESDP (the Infinity Engine Structures Description Project). It describes available file formats with descriptions, spell effects, script commands, and much more that can help you find the information you seek.
